Plot: Film that pits Jericho "Action" Jackson - a Detroit cop recently demoted from Sergeant to Lieutenant much in part to the shifty auto magnate Peter Dellaplane. Dellaplane isn't below framing Jackson for the murder of his wife, nor systematically taking out the union competition. With help from Dellaplane's drug-addicted mistress, Jackson will work to take the corrupt man down once and for all. -- Chris Kavan
