Pretty much what you would expect a "movie" formed out of unused pieces of another movie would be. The result is sometimes funny (purely due to the improvisations of the cast) and mostly incongruent mess that is probably only enjoyable to those who adore the original Anchorman characters.

I'm pretty sure they just took outtakes of the original and pieced together another film. Not good.
