Alien From LA needs to go back its own planet!

Extremely cheap looking sci-fi movie starring Kathy Ireland as an all-American girl whose father disappears while exploring in Africa. So she travels to the dark continent and discovers the lost city of Atlantis.
ALIEN FROM LA probably has the worst looking 'lost city' in movie history. It's just an ugly filthy industrial wasteland that's always smoky and dirty and just unpleasant to watch. It feels like a Mad Max ripoff but set underground.
We haven't even gotten to Kathy Ireland yet. Aside from being a terrible actress, her voice in this film is unbearably high pitched and squeaky.
Furthermore, nothing of interest happens in this movie. It's setting up this political intrigue and technically is a search-n-rescue plot. But very little action transpires onscreen. Just a lot of …
