I remember enjoying the cool fighting scenes, his self training to get his abs ripped but somewhat cheesy conclusion. Eric Roberts, much like another artist involved with action film Segal, isn't that interesting when it comes to acting. Though in his involvement in recent films, he has improved. A decent crime film especially if you enjoy numerous fight scenes involving martial arts.

Really, this movie was just as good as the first Best of the Best.
