Plot: After a fight with his foster parents, young Toby Tyler runs away from home and seeks out a place for himself in the circus, where he befriends Harry Tupper, a candy vendor, and Mr. Stubbs, a chimpanzee. Believing Harry's suggestion that his foster parents don't want him back, Toby embraces his circus family. But soon he realizes there's no place like home.

Very whimsical and mostly for kids. Decent effort from live-action Disney.
