Skippy is an okay film about a kid who is nicely played by Jackie Cooper, tries to help a poor kid save his house, and his poor dog. The film is not really complex, or even that great, but it certainly is a nice film that is for sure. It has a lot of nice scenes with a lot of nice kids, that certainly are fun enough, and nice enough. It never becomes amazing, but it is nice.
