Plot: The concept of this film is about a computer hacker who finds out that aliens are planning to take over the Earth. The aliens are shape-shifting creatures that can making them appear to look like ordinary humans, making it very difficult for anyone to prove they exist.

This film was ok, but nothing close to the first Arrival. I reminded me of a low budget B movie. Not horrible, but OK to watch if you're bored. I just don't think the budget was there, so they did the best they could.
