Plot: A group of teenagers encourage each other's bad behavior to the point of suicide. William starts a chat room called 'Chelsea Teens!' in order to meet other teens. He comes across one in particular, Jim, who is considering suicide. Whilst he attempts to push Jim to kill himself, the other 3 teens on the site aim to stop William before it's too late.
