ENCINO MAN has some fun moments, for sure, but it's a pretty awful film. The plot is ridiculous and Pauly Shore is annoying in the worst way possible.

What’s really funny about this movie is that Astin, Shore and Fraser are all still generally popular names in film. It’s amazing that after making a movie like this they all kept on going. I shouldn’t knock it too much though, as I did enjoy it quite a bit. What can I say, Shore’s funny.

The whole movie just screams early 90’s, with …
