ENCINO MAN has some fun moments, for sure, but it's a pretty awful film. The plot is ridiculous and Pauly Shore is annoying in the worst way possible.

While digging a pool in his backyard, two high school dudes Dave (Sean Astin) and Stoney (Pauly Shore) are shocked to find a stone-age man frozen in a big block of ice. What’s really funny about this movie is that Astin, Shore and Fraser are all still generally popular names in film. It’s amazing that after making a movie like this they all kept on going. I shouldn’t knock it too much though, as I did enjoy it quite a bit. What can I say, Shore’s funny.
The whole movie just screams early 90’s, with …
