Another movie trying to ape the gritty style of a Sidney Lumet film. Clive Owen isn't bad as the black sheep criminal brother.

I didn't think I was going to enjoy this movie, the old, one brother is a cop, the other is a criminal but I loved it! I highly recommend it.

Period crime drama with a great cast. Nothing here that hasn't been seen before. The family dynamic of having two brothers on opposite sides of the law adds a somewhat interesting angle to the drama. The second half becomes overlong feeling when the story involves predictable scenarios. There wasn't enough here to make me care about the characters through the ordeal. Some lost potential in average fare.
