A pretty hilarious horror film that is rightfully disgusting (when a creature repeatedly exits and re-enters your colon - things have to be disgusting). A mild-mannered man dealing with stress happens to harbor some creature in his innards that exits and deals with these problems (usually by murdering someone). It seems like a throwback to some 80s film - if you like (good) bad horror, this film is for you.
