This late sequel to the 1961 classic war film looks expensive and has a good cast. But it's simply not as fun or exciting. Robert Shaw looks bored but I do wish there was a separate movie starring Harrison Ford and Carl Weathers together. Richard Kiel is a memorably hateful henchman.
