Dumb action thriller that tries to combine crime drama with skateboarding. Lacking in humour and other than the preposterous title, completely forgettable.

I ranked this movie out of pure nostalgia. I loved this movie when I was a kid and haven't seen it in years but I remember having so much fun watching it I had to give 3 stars. :)
