There are times where it feel like a made-for-TV movie, but "Only the Brave" is a worthy drama that pays affecting tribute to a group of unsung American heroes.

Many movies based on true stories can be tricky to adapt because either the story is made too emotional or too sensational. Only the Brave strikes a good balance between the characters and the story, and is made better by the casting of Miles Teller and Josh Brolin, both who shine. Jennifer Connelly and Jeff Bridges are also great in their supporting roles and you really get a feel for this group - and makes the impact of their sacrifice so much stronger.

'ONLY THE BRAVE' is a great crowd-pleaser with strong performances and a script that deftly balances exciting firefighting action with emotionally charged drama. The ending will have you choking up with tears. The ensemble cast makes you feel for these characters.

This is definitely inspiring and moving. The subject was definitely worth the efforts of …
