Plot: A quarterback for the Rams is involved in an accident and, although he isn't ready to die, an overeager angel takes him anyway - and his body is promptly cremated. Realizing the mistake, a new body must be found - and they settle on a recently-murdered billionaire. Back in a body, and with nigh-unlimited funds, he purchases the Rams for himself and instills him as the new quarterback, with a Superbowl victory in his sights. -- Chris Kavan

I give this the full four stars for the look at the end, if nothing else. Unusually, I like Warren Beatty in this - he is humorous, and Julie Christie is winningly unglamorous. I am moved by the spiritual aspects and it is a sweet, sweet tale.
