Greater supporting cast than Capote. I’m a big fan of Philip Seymour Hoffman, but Toby Jones played the role differently. It wasn’t even like they were competing. AND – this movie made me cry and cry and cry, although I’m sure Capote made me sniffle a little bit too. I didn’t like what Infamous pulled at the end, but still, the movie was very good.

A more light-hearted effort than the similar Capote with a pitch-perfect cast. It spends too much time on acquaintences with the author than his actual dealings in Kansas while writing the novel In Cold Blood. Daniel Craig adds depth and Toby Jones is simply Truman Capote incarnate. Final Grade: B
