I am probably being too easy on this movie since it really is not anything great but I found it kind of enjoyable just because of its strange nature. Corn ball in many ways but nice enough to watch although yes it could have been a lot better and none of the character are that well fleshed out and it certainly is a lower tear Capra film but I still liked it well enough.

This is not Bette Davis' worst film, but it probably is Frank Capra's. It's a nice story, but it is played out so poorly. I don't recommend it. I was able to watch it all the way through, but I had wanted to see this for awhile. Unfortunately, too disappointing.
