Plot: Captain Harris is up to his neck in trouble when his precinct - Wilson Heights, is plagued by a series of robberies. An improvement over #5, but not enough for a better rating. Once again you only have the most desperate cast members returning. The should have stuck a fork in it with this one, but the worst is yet to come.
