Worst Ending Movies comment
I remember having to sit with NO COUNTRY for a while before I liked the ending. It's a perfectly poetic ending. Endings are one things that the Coen Bros are experts at, in my opinion. See BARTON FINK, A SERIOUS MAN, etc. They like the abrupt ending.
RETURN OF THE KING: Agreed. The book worked, but the movie didn't.
MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL, again, perfect ending if you're familiar with the artist's work and expect it.
SKYLINE and SIGNS were both terrible movies from beginning …

Didn't like the ending of signs? I thought it was pretty interesting. But I do agree with War of the Worlds... the ending wasn't that great.
