Must-See Cult Classic

Is it okay to like this movie un-Ironically? I know it’s a cult classic, but is it a cult classic like Showgirls (enjoyed for how terrible it is,) or a cult classic like Evil Dead (enjoyed for how undeniably awesome it is?) I’m honestly not sure. I hoped I don’t dis-credit myself for admitting I like it legitimately.
Honestly though this movie really is a lot of fun. I read a review of the recent Fast Five movie that said it perfectly represent Freud’s ID. That critic clearly needs to see more Russ Meyer flicks. No other Director has used more talent to create movies disturbingly obsessed with fetishized sex and violence. What results is a campy fun ride that is surprisingly smart and even thought provoking at times.
If you never see any of Meyers other pictures watch this one. It’s a cult classic for a reason; it’s an energetic and humorous movie. It has its place in cinema history for a reason.
