'Night Train to Munich' is an entertaining thriller in the Hitchcockian mold that tries too hard to be like Hitchcock sometimes. Still, Rex Harrison is having a ball and the plot twists still work well. The recurring comedic duo of Caldicott and Charters are funny as well. No vulgarity or hyper-mania from this pair to make audiences laugh, just the quiet playful humor anyone can derive from simply having a conversation.
