JCVD works out... a lot!

Why has JCVD not been recruited by either the Justice League of America or the X-Men? He can't be shot or beaten in combat and if you leave him alone in a room he works out... a lot! Once he's done working out he kills Mickey Rourke and Dennis Rodman and neither Wolverine nor Superman has ever done that!
