Hilariously funny all throughout, but with a solid heart that boosts it above the level of the average R-rated comedy. The rapport of Carrell, Rudd, and Malco really elevates the material, and Jane Lynch is a scene-stealer as a lecherous boss. A sex comedy about not having sex.
