I just remember not liking this sequel. Though, it being a direct-to-video Disney sequel, there isn't much to like.

The Often Forgotten Worthy Sequel

This sequel is greatly under appreciated. It's got a couple of minor flaws in the fact that a couple of the side voice actors sound too different than the ones from the first movie and the animation isn't as pretty. But this can be forgiven simply because they can't always get people to return to reprise their roles and being a sequel to an animation it's likely going to have smaller production (going straight to video). The storyline is sound and flows along very well picking up where the first one leaves off. The new main villian(ess) is very convincing and would very much seem like the preferred mate of Scar, it's also fairly certain that there would have been other lions in The Pride that would have sided with Scar, he was a very charismatic leader if anything.
