I think this movie is kind of annoying. It's predictable from beginning to end; and while that can be said for a lot of movies, this was just lacks any substance to keep you interested in watching how it all plays out. Sure, there were some funny moments, but it was really nothing special.

Made of Honor was good, kind of predictable but thats not always a bad thing. I did like this movie although its much like all the others, but the comedy is what really set it aside from the rest. In real life if all of this were to happen it would be disaterous; thank goodness it's only a movie though!

A by the numbers romantic comedy that sprinkles in a few good laughs and the main characters are easy to like; no great shakes, as it recylces countless cliches, not least of which is the gaggle of male friends who make themselves outright available at anytime for some advice sessions over breakfast, basketball or a ride to the airport. Nothing Special

I wanted to really like this movie but in the end I thought it was just okay. It started off pretty well up until the extended twenty minutes or so when all the characters visited Scotland. From then on, it just got exhausting and cliches started piling on top of one another (and the comedy toned down a bit). Patrick Dempsey and Michelle Monaghan had chemistry but the way these characters were torn apart again and again and ultimately got together (come on, it's a romantic comedy; you knew how it was going to end!) did not feel right. The pacing was somewhat slow so it felt longer than an hour and forty minutes. If I were to pick a favourite character, I'd say it's Busy Philipps even though her character was detestable in some ways. She was basically the edgiest. If one had seen the …

Made of Horror

I hate to say this but Mcdreamy left me dreaming inside the theater upon watching yet another disastrous RomCom. Everything was predictable and the characters were just plain annoying. The story is your typical guy lets his one get away and win her back kind of movie. And seeing this just made me hate this type of genre even more. The acting was horrendous and there was really no chemistry happening between the two supposedly best friends. I like Michelle Monaghan and all but seeing her here made me think twice. Was this really her type of thing to do or she really fits into a more action type of movie. She was great in Heartbreak Kid though but that was then. Patrick Dempsey's performance was too dull to even worth noticing. I think a brick wall has more personality than him in this …

Nothing Memorable Made Here

Well, where to start? The film itself isn't really that bad at all. It's just there isn't really anything memorable that stands out and you take away from the theatre.
So, I went with a big group of friends to see this one, and I really didn't mind the whole chick flick thing, because honestly I can go for a chick flick somedays. Anyway, I was really curious to see how Patrick Dempsey did on the big screen. I thought he gave a solid performance. There was some parts where the character was just really selfish and could have been viewed as a womanizer, but the character makes up for it later on down the line. But, Dempsey was solid, presented well, and charming. But, hell really when is he not?
Yeah I really don't have a lot to say on this one. Just a typical romantic …
