The story is about a zookeeper needs some help finding love - lucky for him, the animals decide to break their silence to lend a hand and provide advice. This movie is so silly that it is bad. the movie fails on everything that they try to reach.

Griffin Keyes, a zookeper, was turned down by his girlfriend when he proposed to her because of his job. He, then, gets support from his ever loved animals of his zoo. *** I must say that animals in movies are getting this role of making humans realize what they should have realized earlier. That keeps me watching this film. I appreciate Kevin James doing his comedy, especially now with talking animals. I love the message of the film, however, I have seen plots like this before. Nothing special, but definitely watchable, and entertaining. Good for a family watch!

Some unbelievable scenes were an ape that can drive, row a boat, Griffin Keyes (Kevin James) falls from a bridge unharmed. Of course you have talking animals who help Griffin improve his love life. Screenplay was touching and story of respecting animals, individuality and enjoying what you love was enticing. Kevin James was good and unfortunately the dialogues from the animals were too alright if they didn't speak fast. Zookeeper is a fun comedy for the family while picking up something useful despite its flaws.
