I have removed Die Hard from the list.... In fact, I'm thinking I named this list wrong.. because some of these movies are still "good", just not as good as they were when they first came out... Perhaps a better list title would be "Good then, Cheesy now"

I was expecting to see lots of 50's movies on this list or something. Was Red Dawn ever any good though? for comedy value maybe. I suppose the 80's were cheesy. I agree Die Hard has not dated at all though.

Hmm..some I agree with while others I do not. Specifically Die Hard and Citizen Kane. Both are still the best movies of all time - no matter when they come out. But that is just me.

Hey, what can I say! I went back and watched some old favs and I could not help thinking how cheesy they were. I LOVED these movies when they first came out...That reminds me of another one: The Goonies! I don't know if it's just that they make better movies these days... or maybe it's just me - I've changed!

Wow man, i could NOT disagree with this list more! Maybe I'm misunderstanding what yer saying by "good for their time" or maybe it's just that I love most of the movies here, haha. Either way, I disagree, but still, very cool list!
